XVNTrading Data Processing Policy
1. Data Controller
XCB Consulting SL (hereinafter, “XVNTrading”) is the data controller responsible for processing the personal data collected through our platform.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
The personal data you provide will be used exclusively to manage your subscription, grant access to our content, and facilitate your participation in our live trading sessions.
3. Legal Basis
The processing of personal data is based on the explicit consent of the data subject when enrolling in our programs, on the performance of the contract arising from the provision of training and mentoring services, and, for the issuance of invoices and compliance with tax obligations, on compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Data Controller.
4. Data Retention
Personal data will be retained for the duration of the training relationship and, subsequently, for the following 12 months from the last interaction, in order to address any potential legal, tax, or contractual liabilities.
